Danielle Obiorah is a dedicated, aggressive and hardworking attorney with a significant background in handling a wide variety of labor and employment cases within the federal and private sectors. After graduating from law school she accepted a position with the law firm of Schwarzwald & Rock, the famed labor rights law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. During her tenure with the firm, Danielle handled numerous complex cases in just about every area of labor-employment law. She later relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina where she co-founded the law firm of Mason-Watson, Singletary and Obiorah that focused on employment law, immigration, civil litigation and general corporate representation.
Danielle thereafter took on a legal role with the United States Postal Service, Western Area where she represented the USPS in EEOC and MSPB matters. She also worked as an EEO Investigator for the USPS and other federal agencies where she handled complex claims of discrimination involving hostile work environment, race, national origin, sex, age and disability discrimination. Upon relocation to Atlanta, Danielle joined the law firm of Melville Johnson as a senior attorney with supervisory responsibilities over three associates. Attorney Obiorah has brought all these diverse experiences together to found the Employment Rights Law Firm of Danielle Obiorah, P.C., She has now joined forces with Attorney Teri D. Fields to found the Obiorah Fields, LLC. Attorney Obiorah continues to proudly represent employees in the federal and private sectors.
